The terms that apply when you buy a machine from us — new or second-hand.
This document is still being drafted with our legal adviser. Until it is published here, the terms that apply to your order are the ones confirmed to you in writing when the order is placed: the price, the warranty period stated on the product page, and the return window described at checkout.
Every second-hand machine is sold with the grade and test report shown on its product page at the time of purchase. If a unit arrives materially different from that listing, it comes back to us at our cost.
Ask us. We would rather answer a question than take an order that gets returned.
